Dr. Muhammed Sahad E

Meet Muhammed Sahad E, his research interests lies in Molecular Memristors, NeuromorphicFunctionalities, Conductive AFM and his work focuses on Molecular Memristors and the realization of Neuromorphic Functionalities for energy-efficient devices.He has extensively explored diverse novel materials, ranging from metal-coordinated complexes to 2D materials such as MXene and MoS2​.
His expertise lies in microfabrication techniques, such as photolithography, as well as advanced characterization methods, including Conductive AFM,voltage-induced Raman spectroscopy, and electrochemical impedance analysis, tounderstand carrier dynamics and optimize device performance.

Building on this foundation, his future goal is to realize scalable, hardware-based on-chip neuromorphic devices.
